Why would you vote for a man that doesn’t respect our country or our military personnel, and is so casual about serious issues taking place in our country? Why are people so smuzzled by him? He’s a typical bratty kid in my eyes. Doesn’t respect the National Anthem by putting his hand over his heart…if he doesn’t feel like it. We all saw the pictures. Not just one either, multiple times he does this. He’s for socialism…the government controlling every aspect of our lives. Dictating to us what we can buy, sell, save, how we can live, what foods to eat and not eat, how to parent, who can be educated or not, who can get medical treatment or not, etc. His wife is severely racist and disrespectful to our Country. Among a list of things I could go on about.
Right now as our country sits–we are losing our rights as individuals! Are you going to stand up for what is right or let the government decide whether you are: worth educating or not, worth medicating or seeing a doctor or not, are you worth the time to teach basic skills or just a career criminal so why bother, are bratty children more valuable than a loving parent trying to train their child to be moral individuals in society, is marriage sacred between a man and woman or open to anything goes because you want a tax right off?

Front Loading washing machines? Yes, I’ve had it for a few years now and still love them. Not only did my gas and electric bill decrease, but I’m saving water and my clothes get a lot cleaner. I remember telling my mom about it when we first got them. She would just listen and say, “that’s nice, I’m happy for you.” She started having minor issues with her washing machine, but would have a repairman come out and fix it instead of considering buying a new machine.Until one week, her and dad stayed with my kids at our place when Russ and I went out of town for business. She used my machines and fell instantly in love (she tells me later).

If you like using the local yellow pages to find local businesses and people, then you must try out the online directory called, Local.com. This online local search website can find anything you’re looking for in an instant.
Local.com has partnered with citysearch.com, yellowpages.com, superages.com, and yelp.com to bring a one stop resource to your fingertips. You can find driving directions, business contact information and hours, as well as informative reviews from mulitple sites about your search. I just discovered it recently and figured you might like to try it out for yourself and see if it works for you too.
I use it to find local restaurants in the vicinity of where my clients are located. It has become a treasured resource. Pretty useful I’d say.

I’m always hearing about companies going green. Sounds good to know someone is trying to be environment friendly and conscious.
I stumbled upon a website for one such company called, “Norsteel Buildings.” These buildings are prefabricated steel buildings or also referred to as pre-engineered buildings that are green buildings. These buildings are made from recycled steel with LEED certification and are also Energy Star certified to boot. They can custom a building design specifically to your need, using green materials and ultimately are better for our environment. I was impressed that’s for sure.
If you want more steel building information and tips, check out their company’s blog. They give a lot of information about their products.

Have you ever gone to a trade show and noticed how impressive the trade show exhibits and displays are and how some aren’t so impressive? I have. The way you setup your display is critical to attracting the right customers. Everything from the table covers to the all around design of the whole exhibit area, is critical in pulling off a great presentation for your product. I saw one really extraordinary table top display that seemed a bit overboard for what the company was trying to get across to the consumer, but hey…it got a lot of attention. I would even bet everyone that saw it won’t forget it either. What amazes me is that even though the exhibit may be pretty extravagant, some companies don’t bother to put representatives that know their products very well. I noticed a lot of people asking questions, but not being satisfied with the information received.

I’ve been pondering insurance lately and the value of having it. There’s so much insurance to choose from. Just to list a few: medical, dental, life insurance, term life insurance, accidental dismemberment, accidental death, product warranties, credit card coverage, home and car insurance, and even pet insurance. Is it possible to become insurance poor? Meaning, you are paying out too much in insurance that you are literally poor.

Well, Tim moved into his first apartment July 1, 2008. He was precious. Mark helped him move his dresser and about 5 or 6 boxes into his living room for him. That was all Tim had for the place and he was wondering what he would do til pay day. Tim kindly asked us if we’d bring out his bed for him so he’d have something to sleep on. Since Russ had to meet up with some clients in Phoenix anyway, we agreed to bring his bed and a few things all the grandparents had for his new place too.
So instead of staying at a hotel, we stayed with Tim in his new place. We arrived in late afternoon and the place was starting to get dark. We knew we had to go get a few things for Tim right away, especially lighting of some kind, a deadbolt for the balcony access door that didn’t have a lock on it yet, and something for us to sit on in his living room at the least.
So thinking about what kind of lighting Tim could use, I searched through Farleys.com to get some ideas for choices and see if they had anything for him. I really liked the George Kovacs lamps The tall floor lamps with style as I call it. Just looking through all the lighting products gave us a great idea of the styles we want to imitate for now and hope Tim will save up for in the future to possible buy.
Well, since our need was immediate we had to settle for what we could find available and close by. Checkout Farreys.com for yourself though, if you want to find a specific look, type, style, or feel of lighting products, I’m sure you’ll find it at Farreys.com.
