I’ve forgotten how good it feels after exercising. I’m out of breath, can barely stand, and sweating like crazy. Listening to music, Crying, coughing, hacking, and thirstier than heck during the whole course of the walk. Why crying? Oohh it seems like my mind starts thinking all about life and today missing my Father’s talks and my Mom’s voice of care. Wondering if Russ and I will ever talk to each other passionately caring about the other person as if so worth the time of day. Or if we just go on like we do… Busy until… Each day feels worthless any more…

So I’m making changes. Gonna strive to exercise, read the word, continue praying thru the day, love Russ the best I can, and try to figure out what the heck my purpose really is. So that is more than before I started the program. I am noticing that I’m burping up the herbal taste from the paranil pills throughout the day though. I guess my body isn’t liking some of this stuff or something.
On the positive side, I’ve noticed a few new things:

I have energy. I actually feel fuller quicker, which really helps me to really choose what I’m going to eat much wiser.

I’m finding that fruits and vegetables really taste wonderful…almost like my taste bud sensitivity has been turned up to high. I ate a normal orange the other day, but it was such an intense taste of sweetness that I enjoyed every piece. My son tried one and said it was alright. During rough times is when it seems to help the most.

Write a Note or Journal to Jesus.

It’s writing a letter to Jesus, writing a prayer, venting, and even just writing thank you notes and praise notes to the Lord. Writing about things he has shown me through out the day or how he’s handled a situation in a way that I would’ve never imagined possible. It’s been extremely useful to do this. Not only to get things off your chest to go forward in situation, but also as something to build a bond of friendship and reverence between you and the Lord.

I find at times I will read back my past journals or notes and now I can see the big picture more clearer. I see how the Lord dealt with me in situations. Some situations have been completely taken care of and yet others are still left in his hands to continue healing, fixing, or he’s still working with me on them. Most of all it reminds me of how wonderful Jesus is. I’m awestruck to realize that He listened and heard my heart, my feelings and treasured me so much to provide all needs (insignificant as they seem). He consistently offers soooo much grace, mercy, and healing that is undeserved. He’s truly my best friend. You can’t help but realize the truth of what Jesus’ gift of salvation is when you experience Him in life. Most Things that He’s done, I may have missed and just lived through them. Noting or Journaling has captured, in writing, Jesus’ direct effect on my life. What a treasure.

Only one thing I seem to long for after noting or journaling to Jesus. What could that possibly be…you might ask? I find myself wishing to be able to give my note to him in person, or talk to him having a face to look at, a hand to hold, a hug to feel, or even an email address to send it to Him.

I suppose that’s why we reach out to people. Give people encouraging notes. Do things to help others that is unexpected. Spend time with people. Befriend People. That is a way to experience a bit of Jesus. It’s not quite the same thing completely, but it’s close. Do you know what I’m saying?

I’d like to give you a place to email your notes to Jesus.
It’s a safe place, confidential place, a hand extended to you.
No email responses provided to the notes, unless requested.

If you want a response to your note to Jesus do the following:

In the Subject Area on the email Type:
“RESPONSE REQUESTED”

Feel free to post a comment, as a note to Jesus as well.

If you wish you could email a note to Jesus, you are welcomed to do so here.
Have any questions or comments, feel free to email me.
Your Friend,

Juls

PS – If you would just like an email friend, email me.

How to Donate to JabberJuls

Business resources

Christian

Donate OR Sponsor by PAYPAL

Family

For Fun

General

Nutrition

Prayer

The Vent

Due to requests by JabberJuls visitors, I’ve created this post to make it simple to make an online donation to JabberJuls. The odds that Matt would be available during his busy schedule of working, school, and church, made it slim to none for availability to give Mom and Dad a hand. To me, the Lord knew Russ and I would be out of town visiting Tim and provided ahead of time for Matt to be available to help out. Best part is that he was willing to honor the Lord in helping his grandparents no problem. Thank you Lord for helping him to be willing and find time to assist in this time of need.
1-25-08
I struggled to stay focused on tax preparation. I found myself doing things I wouldn’t normally do just to run interference on doing this task. I even darned my son’s socks and pj’s to avoid taxes. When I caught my self creating other tasks, I stopped and asked the Lord to help me to focus and accomplish what I need to for taxes for this day. He did help me. I focused on finishing scanning some receipts and coordinating my financial lists. Thank you Lord for everything! Also showing me how I can multi-task too in the midst of the focus.

Normally, Russ & I go shopping in the afternoon, but today Russ had several business calls which delayed us from leaving the house as usual. To my amazement, our neighbors 3rd grade daughter had come home with a friend to an empty house, locked out, and scared. The Lord gave me the opportunity to help her get ahold of her mother, make sure she was fed, and help her get to the Girls & Boys Club safely. The Lord knew her need and allowed us to be there for her. Thank you Lord for this opportunity to serve you.

1-24-08
After prayer for the Lord to intervene in my son’s attitude at school. The Lord used a school counselor to not only compassionately hear my concern, but to take time to intervene and advise Luke with a classroom situation and future concerns, which helped him get focused and make things right with the teacher he had problems with and have a better day.

Checkout Blabberize!

Family

For Fun

General

News

You’ve gotta checkout Baby Tim! Go to their Traveler Update web page, click on Send to phone and you can send yourself an instant text message from Orbitz to get the traveler update mobile url sent to your cell phone.

On the mobile Orbitz you have access to the Traveler Update, Flight status, Finding Hotels, and accessing your personal Orbitz trips, etc. It’s simple, quick, and a great resource to bookmark.
